People OK with Murdering Assange

I came across a website that details public figures who have called for the murder of Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks. The guy's under a lot of fire for his work (which I am personally supportive of), and while I am all for freedom of speech, there needs to be a line drawn, especially when representatives of our government, media, and journalists begin calling for the death of another human being simply because they disagree with him.

What do you think? Is this kind of talk going to encourage another governor massacre like in Arizona? Should these...for lack of a better word, monkeys, be allowed to just say whatever they want?

  1. I also think it's wrong for these officials to call for the death of a man who did nothing wrong, but everything right. They should be ashamed of themselves, and the citizens should open their eyes and look at what is being said. A man should die because he gave access to embarrassing information? I guess that means that celebrities should be able to ask for the murder of tabloid writers.

  2. I'm definitely against the public outrage at Julian Assange and wikileaks. I'm neutral on the entire subject, but these people are taking it too far, especially when it is public servants and politicians doing this.

  4. Julian Assange is a journalist not a terrorist, these people should be arrested for inciting murder!

  5. Mark zuckerburg is man of the year for selling your private information to corporations, I am a terrorist for giving corporations private information to you for free. - Julian Assange

    Think about that.
